If your mind feels like a million thoughts are happening at once, and none of them are agreeing with each other, you’re in the right place. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming! However, you don’t have to untangle it all before you arrive—that’s something we’ll do together. I offer a warm, compassionate, down-to-earth approach where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, non-judgmental, and paced in a way that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to show up with anything prepared, just come as you are, get comfortable, and we’ll take it from there! My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, and is always tailored to your needs and goals. I understand that everyone’s experience is different, and therapeutic approaches work best when they are flexible and shaped around each individual, not a one-size-fits-all model. I bring lived experience with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma which allows me to connect with clients in a genuine, grounded, and deeply empathetic way. When you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I am here to support you in your healing and growth.
